What To Expect From The Session

5 Minute Introduction
This is where we will get to know each other! We’ll go over what your problem areas are and the meal plan needed to get to your goals.

50 Minute Workout
Time to get to work! We’ll do 50 minutes of resistance training, HIIT training or kickboxing depending on which service you’d like. We’ll also assess what you need to work on specifically.

5 Minute Stretch/Cooldown
Time to stretch. At Strive, we manually stretch out for you (think of a visit to the chiro or PT). Then we will cooldown and go over sign up and which package you’d like to purchase!
